Suitable for hull thicknesses up to 100mm thick. Must be fitted within 1.5m from the compressor below the waterline. Use with either a K35F or K50F keel cooled compressor, or can be retrofitted to any Frigoboat air cooled compressor condensing set (with R134a refrigerant)
Key Features:
- Highly corrosion resistant cupronickle pipe heat exchanger
- Protected from damage by a profiled sintered bronze casting
- Sintered bronze is porous so the water passes through to the cupronickle heat exchanger inside
- Must be correctly protected from galvanic corrosion and there is also an option with sacrificial zinc anodes for further protection
- Can be fitted as an upgrade to any Frigoboat or Frigomatic air cooled compressor and condensing set
